| Jadah Dohma from Darkstalkers is probably up there. The Sacred Ancestor ( Dracula) from Vampire Hunter D is also a contender: - No physical form or weakness.
- His very presence has been described as darker than a black hole, and can rend a person's psyche with proximity alone.
- Cut off Cthulhu's arm and sealed him.
- Has access to, and can alter the Akashic Records, which can alter the fate and history of the universe.
- Can fight on par with D, and has some decent AoE destruction feats on top of that.
