Standard benefits: 401k 3% match, 16ish days (8 hour days) of PTO per year, average health/dental/vision. 20 minute commute. Full-time, permanent position. High productivity requirements. Job 2: $45 per hour. Five 8 hour shifts, weekdays with potential to work weekend days. No benefits, no health insurance. 40 minute commute. Full-time, temporary position for 3+ months, then transition to working continent/as needed (unsure of weekly hours associated after initial 3 month period). Priority to acquire a full-time job at this institution, which is well-known for good benefits/compensation. Medium productivity requirements.
