No, there is not legal reasons to break the law. Doing something morally to break the law doesn't make it legal or without repercussions. Morals are subjective. They are matters of opinions and vary from person to person. Are laws are to be followed to the letter of the law indicated and not moved around as we feel is right.

I didnt ask if there was a legal excuse, I asked if, in your opinion, theres ever a moral one.
