I mean we can't afford it, but I get it. I mean even if you are paying attention to the news cycle, mainstream news itself is considerably more tame. I feel like a lot of that is due to what Not An Owl is saying here. A lot of shit is still awful (border, criminal justice, covid, whatever) and it's exhausting. Even the Chauvin trial stuff is like...we all know the score here. I don't expect much new info to come out.
