He could have not politicized a pandemic resulting in his base not taking it seriously, or worse, becoming conspiratorial about it. Biden has been president for all of two months. If his policy somehow resulted in this business shutting down, it doesn't sound like they were in a very sustainable position since the beginning of the pandemic. Trump would just then get accused of doing it to present a false image of himself. Like "Trump's just saying that just to look good".
