I think a lot of food prep/cooking methods are a tough sell for the everyday modern worker. The time spent can become staggering. Well, that is, unless you were raised up around it. But even then.i actually love spending time and effort on slow cooked foods. i mean i know i'm not the one putting in effort but a 5-6 hour lamb shoulder or 4 hour stewed pork belly ends up being delicious --- ...
