Topic	So this is a PC my friend had to work on that a previous tech fucked up.

I don't know what that means. XD It means he tore out a custom water cooling loop and replaced it with a contained water cooler that you install and forget. You don't need to maintain it/clean it like a custom loop. Custom loops generally perform better, but require more care.
