The case never brings me to empathize or sympathize with Terry, ever. The weakness of it's defendant hurt the entire case - Especially being super creepy and pedo later in the case. Terry Fawles creeps me out.

I found it hard to get into the case early on, because I just didn't care about the defendant, and partly because 3-1 already spoiled in multiple ways that the case is going to go horribly wrong. Then, even when I cared about the case, which was built cleverly from the ground up, despite very little actual evidence, I still didn't care about the defendant. He is unlikable, and his death, which was supposed to be impactful, totally missed the mark with me.

3-4 could've been an easy high tier case with a better defendant. Instead it's probably my most conflicted case in the entire series. No matter where I put it, it doesn't feel right. That's why I eventually just stuck in right in the middle and stopped thinking about it.
