At C6 he seems to be a beast, spending 100% of his playtime in anemo infusion with a powerful elemastery-based damage buff. Some of his utility is locked in constellations too. At C0, he's basically an inferior version of Xiao + C6 Sucrose, buffing the team's elemental damage with elemastery scaling and spamming updraft+ anemo gravity pull plunge? I feel you're forced to choose, either you make his dps bad and spec him into giving out large elemental damage buffs, or you spec crits but miss out on his elemastery scaling (which cant crit). His gravity pull hijinx will be fun regardless. Kloe_Rinz posted... is this tier list accurate Kiiiiiind of. Like, Tartaglia is still amazing even at C0, but can't be the lone main dps until C6 coz of long cooldowns. If you want him for a pyro+hydro dual main dps team, he'll be great. Noelle is terrible at C0, but is a monster at C6 (which is easy to get) and is easy to gear up through "trash artifacts". .
