The facts do not care about your feelings. True, and the facts in my scenario showed that I was safe to drive. I know because I actually got pulled over in this scenario for my tag lights being out, and when I told the officer I had two beers at the bar, they performed a sobriety test, which I passed, though it was scary as hell. --- ...
