BUT he also didn't know if the crazy freak that just RIPPED OFF A DOOR HANDLE was going back to his truck to get some other sort of weapon. And he did have a child and others in the car he was fearful of protecting too. So this could really go either way honestly with it being in FL I'll say 55/45 with him getting found not guilty. Also if they overcharge (like they did with George Zimmerman and Casey Anthony) then he might be not guilty.
