Yeah, I should start playing around with light/dark, it has options.

Docs and their general style analogues are terrible for blisters, for sure. Particularly the newer ones, it seems. They take forever to wear in, but once they are theyre the comfiest things ever. I have... too many pairs. The solovairs are an excellent buy, a bit pricier, but they last for much longer than modern docs.

My old go-to was a black leather blazer I picked up when I was in a kinda moddish phase. It was my first big purchase after I got a job at uni. It looks old and busted now because Ive worn it to death, but it goes well if Im affecting a more tattered look.

Ive got another jacket thats kinda 70s (well it should be because I accidentally bought vintage). Its more coat than jacket, but its what I wear in the brief periods its cold enough around here. Its kinda a dark, warm brown.

My super-casual is just a generic brown leather jacket I picked up one day super cheap because I was cold as crap.

I generally stay away from fabric jackets, because I have a big fluffy light coloured cat that sheds his body weight in fur every two minutes.

That said, Ive got my semi-designer hoodie Ive almost worn to death. Its hard to describe, but its snazzy enough to wear with a smarter look. Its got weird piping and everything.

I dont wear many jackets though, since theres only really about 2 months in the year its cold enough to, and all my others are in storage since my weight increased and all my favourite stuff stopped fitting.
