The young guys walk around in short pants with their shirts off showing off their 6 packs. Heck older toned (and not so toned) men do too. Really this girl here looks very standard to me. Not even on the level of the attention seekers I mentioned. You claim to be in some college town but sound extremely conservative. You're right. She's young and should show off her body.
