Nice. I find those two tokens are among the easiest to stake too. For ADA I use Dadalus (sp?) MainNet. It's a full node wallet run by IOKO (one of the 3 main governing bodies of Cardano). Anything you need to do ADA wise can be done through there. It does require a PC though, and is not available on my mobile.

Staking is as easy as transferring your funds to the wallet and selecting a pool. Pools usually require some kind of deposit (mine was 2 ADA), and any changes in delegation will take place in 2 epochs. If it's your first time earning rewards through staking, it takes 3 epochs for awards to begin to appear in your wallet (you are back paid), then you receive awards every Epoch. Epochs on Cardano are ~5 days. All the stake pools are selected and moderated by IOKO, but if you know of one not listed, you can also add that.
