It's not actually a unique piece of media like an original painting. The Youtube video is the only thing that could even be called that, but that's literally being wiped out as a means of giving it value. All the other copies are just as valid and will still propagate. How does this accrue any actual value? Will we reach a point where we have NFT lawyers that go around the internet trying to use legal pressure to scrub it from the internet? Is it all just a fancy money laundering scheme?
