And the soundtrack and charm of the world / art design still hold up imo. But yeah, the gameplay was bad even back then, I just accepted it because I loved the game otherwise. The one thing the gameplay did that I loved / appreciated even as a kid was that it let you touch enemies (and even shove them around) without taking damage; they had to actively attack you to hurt you. --- Simple questions deserve long-winded answers that no one will bother to read. <cite>masterpug53 posted [p:954224091] in Secret of ...
