| Dikitain 05/29/21 7:18:07 PM #20: | My company has said that starting in September the office will be open full time again, but we are allowed to choose if we continue to work from home full time, go into the office full time, or do a hybrid. The only restriction is that you have to come into the office for important team meetings to foster collaboration. Our team has already decided to designate Wednesday "Meeting day" and let everyone decide for themselves if they want to come into the office or work from home the other days. Half the team doesn't even live in the same state so I doubt there will be much reason to go to the office the rest of the time except cabin fever. As for masks and social distancing, lets say I have Thursday marked on my callendar as "throw out my mask" day. (well, my spare masks at least, I'll still keep one in my pocket when I go out if I need it) --- After 16 years, I have decided my signature will NOT be about my job!
