| Dikitain 05/30/21 9:44:29 AM #4: | Speaking from experience, most delays on projects come from one of two cases: 1) Poor or lack of Project Management 2) Unreasonable expectations from higher ups. Granted, #1 can be broken down to a multitude of reasons, for video games mostly being underestimating the complexity of the project or changing the scope too much during development. But the point is it is almost never the case that they will advertise one date and know they are aiming for another date farther in the future. If anything, the opposite is true. --- After 16 years, I have decided my signature will NOT be about my job! But I still don't know what to put here so...yea... ... Copied to Clipboard! |
