I walked away from a guy I nearly married (literally a few days before our wedding). I met my husband 3 months later and realized my ex really wasnt who I wanted. I had just put up with him for other reasons. I wasnt even really myself with him. Meeting my husband helped me realize what it was I was really looking for. I could be 100% me without judgment and it was freeing. Take some time for yourself to heal and really figure out what was lacking and what it is you really need in your life.
