There is no zero-risk group for Covid. SunWuKung420 posted... Also, correlation is not causation, as you so frequently stated when I posted a study with 30 years of data showing a greater than 95% correlation between the consumption of glyphosate-laden Monsanto GMO foods and the strong increase in autoimmune diseases in the US. So why risk eating Monsanto foods? I don't recall you ever posting such a study, nor do I recall responding that way, nor would I expect to respond that way because I agree that Monsanto is generally a horrible company that can't be trusted with anything (though there's nothing wrong with GMO's as a concept, just the potential for harm and a bunch of super-sketchy companies that are fine with causing it), unless you're grossly misrepresenting the study in question, so... [Citation needed]. Moreover, while the mere presence of a correlation doesn't indicate causation, that also doesn't mean a casual relationship should be ruled out entirely, especially not when the correlation in question does meet several of the necessary criteria for causation. Most notably, there's a plausible mechanism here for Covid infection to increase the risk of ED, so a causal relationship is plausible. That doesn't guarantee that it's there, and further study is obviously warranted before declaring anything conclusive, but treating it as a non-zero risk is pretty reasonable (especially where everyone should be trying to avoid catching Covid anyway and this is just one more reason). --- This is my signature.
