Wth are these fauci emails?

Like 1000s of emails by Fauci from the beginning of Covid have leaked that basically showed nobody had any idea what to do with Covid while it was going on.

Some of which include "not confident it didn't originate from a lab" and "unsure of mask use" both of which contradict his later statements (because obviously nobody can change their mind, right? - said email about mask use also has the responses leak too, where other scientists strongly disagree with Fauci's lack of confidence on masks)

Basically, its a new avenue for conservatives to be POS and push more conspiracy nonsense about how for some reason there's no need to lock down or like, care for people when this pandemic has killed over 1/2 a million Americans.
