In school we had a uniform/dress code and in places I've worked. Many staff have dress codes to follow in many places. If you can't or won't follow them then you're screwed. Back at school the P.E teacher gave people who didn't follow dress codes old, used shoes to wear until the problem is fixed. It's nothing new and better than sending the kid home. It wasn't mostly the lads back at school for me who didn't understand basic instructions.
