It's been a while since I read it, and I will never reread it again. So to summarize the Wikipedia summary.
It stars two friends Mary and May. They meet two brothers Richard and Ben. Oh, what a coincidence!, Those are the names of Peter Parker's parents, aunt and uncle! May pairs up with Ben and Mary pairs up with Richard. May puts out, because a fortune teller (?!) once told her no child would ever call her "mom". Mary doesn't put out right away, so Richard also starts sleeping with May.
May gets pregnant! But Ben is sterile so he knows she cheated on him. Then in the most convoluted of schemes, Mary tells Richard that she is pregnant, and that it's his. Richard is in love with Mary and is okay with this. 9 months later Mary takes May's baby to Ben and pretends it's theirs and they live happily ever after or something.
Everyone hated all of this and it was never made officially canon. But if it was, then Peter Parker's biological mom would be Aunt May; his biological father would still be Richard Parker; Mary Parker not be blood related to him; Uncle Ben would still be his uncle.
