The white real estate agent told us about La Huerta, an authentic Mexican restaurant. She said, "We call it 'La Hurt Ya'." And laughed. [..] I'm going to suggest people started making the association between Mexican food and dietary upset because of a. beans b. racist ideas about cleanliness. [..] Anyway. I'm not trying to market for Taco Bell or anything. Although I do want Nacho Fries to always be on the menu and also $1 Nacho Tacos. And also sour cream and tomatoes should not cost so much more. *I just get interested in the intersection of food and white supremacy.* I didn't post them all.
