I'm not expecting any customer service to be perfect, but when an industry consistently fucks up orders more often than not, what the fuck warrants a raise? I am saying that they are payed a worthless amount of money, so of course they aren't going to be motivated to get your order correct 100% of the time. There aren't enough people willing to do fast food at the current rate of pay, much less people that care about getting things correct, or even being polite. If they made enough money to live on, the job would be more in demand. Managers would actually be able to punish an employee for no showing a shift, or for being rude to a customer etc. Until fast food employees make more money just be prepared to get shity service. --- Scarlet Arkard/Yojimbo ...
