Excellent question. Cops don't give a ticket for going slightly above the speed limits so exceptions like this should be allowed unless you are 17 and lie about being 18(then you should receive a 900$ fine). I tolerate a 3 years lie between 21 and 30 and 5 years past 30. But people should be allowed to review your profile and tell you lied.
