HBO has currently taken over my workplace for a series shoot. Should I steal stuff from the production equipment?
Please don't. While that equipment was purchased with HBO's money, the people in charge of maintaining and securing it don't *actually* work for HBO, and will be the ones responsible should stuff goes missing. It becomes a big headache.

What's the most annoying question people ask you when you say what your job is?
Dunno, since my job can be quite hard to describe outside of the film world in general, and plenty of Crew members don't have a totally concise idea of what I do. I suppose the most silly is "When is X going to release?" X being the film/TV show/etc. in questions. No one who makes these shows, even the Producers, can guarantee exact release dates. I've worked on shows that didn't come out until like 3+ years later.

Who is the meanest actor or actress to work around?
I've heard of rumors of bad ones to work for, but I tend not to take them with a grain of salt, since rumors in the film world can be rampant, and colored on a per-case basis. How much I can come into a contact with a Cast can vary a lot, too, so a lot of the times I have to rely on what other Crew members tell me. I'm actually struggling to think of any that were "mean" - Hilary Swank wasn't mean, per se, but she was very difficult for other reasons. Beth Chapman, Dog the Bounty Hunter's wife easily takes the cake, but that depends on if you qualify her as an "actress", and that being a turbo-bitch is basically her gimmick.

have you ever filmed underwater
I myself, no, since I don't camera operate (although I am a diver, so I'm half way there), but have been on films with underwater filming, and have had to help source diving equipment, permitting, etc. for underwater filming.
