There's only one thing about this song that's a little weird to me, which is those fast choir notes at 1:06, but other than that, I have no complaints about this song. Final Voyage has a neat atmosphere to it. Don't really care for the end of it, but the rest is pleasant. MATCH 2 I definitely hear the PMD comparisons! Especially during the first half of the song. Though the second half of this song from 1:08 onwards is where it starts to pick up for me. The piano is pretty cool rhythmically and it has some interesting chords cycling through in the strings. The Final Showdown is also a decent song. I can appreciate some of the rock elements to this song. Tough match. I thought I was going to stick with my favorites bracket the whole way through with this being the second to last day of round 1, but this match finally broke that streak. I think my interest in The Final Showdown has gone down while my interest in Legacy has overtaken it, so I'm voting against my favorites bracket for the first time.
