Maybe UK since they have large population from Caribbean and Nigeria. Edit: I just checked to make sure and sweet potatoes are part of the morning glory family. They have nothing to do with either regular potatoes or yams and are often mixed up for either depending where in the world you are. North Americans call them yams but they're not.
