What the fuck is this Buildings "just collapse" all the fucking time, because of structural wear over long periods of time that go unnoticed. It is extremely unusual for it to happen in a place like the United States though, typically this stuff is fairly highly regulated. But the US has been on a bit of a backslide when it comes to maintenance and inspections.
