Make sure to get his HA, he shreds through anything earth weak (and if it's not earth weak he quickly stacks 6 imperils) I don't think there's any general best HA, it depends on what relics you have. Also do you have Orlandeau's sync or infusion glints? 6* magicite have a huge damage resistance if that character doesn't have elemental infusion of that magicite's weakness. If Orlandeau doesn't have a source of infusion you'll have to bench him or have have a really stacked primary DPS that Orlandeau can ride the coattails. Though support buffs in general are good bang for your buck picks like Deuce, Penelo, Mog and Cait Sith.
