But I think that's mostly just because companies can provide advertising/publicity, support with things like tech / avatars / designs / etc, help push for tie-ins / collabs outside the company, and just generally assist in managing things There's so many random small indie vtubers (or even just smallish companies) that aren't really well known because they don't have the instant publicity that comes from being attached to a big known brand name. Can't get big if you don't stand out somehow for people to find you in the first place --- THIS IS WHAT I HATE A BOUT EVREY WEBSITE!!
