Some people find they naturally did IF before the 'trend' caught on. An example of a 16:8 IF schedule would be to eat your first meal at 11:30 am and finish your last meal by 7:30 pm. IF is possibly associated with positive health outcomes including better body composition, insulin sensitivity, sleep cycle regulation, and mood/cognition improvements. While IF is often associated with wright loss, you can still maintain (or gain) weight while doing IF so long as your caloric intake is great enough. --- Take me for what I am -- who I was meant to be.
