The vaccine can't give you covid. It doesn't work that way. Those people probably caught covid right before they got vaccine. It can happen. You get the virus but don't realize it, get the shot and then like a day later you feel really sick and you might think the shot gave you the sickness but really it was that the virus slipped in right before the vaccine locked down your body.
