Getting that huge raise + promotion last year really made me bougie. 3 years ago I would have thought no way in hell would I spend that most on a whole build, let alone just a part or two.

im more dazed at how expensive gpus have gotten. even before the pandemic. i got my 1060 for like 250 bucks NEW back in 2016. and that was the mid tier
now mid tier is 800 bucks and high end tier is what, 1500 MSRP?
if prices dont go back down i'll either have my rx 5700xt for the rest of my life, or ill just stick with console gaming.
The 3070 Ti and especially the 3080 Ti are ludicrously overpriced even at MSRP because Nvidia knows that people will pay that price now. ---
