Topic	I'm skipping leg day today

They tend to get neglected when guys work out and you have that chicken effect where the dude is buff up top with scrawny legs. We've all seen it and I hope you not one of those. They be strutting around like they look good ew. My old trainer used to joke about this all the time and call his gym the leg day gym.
