I can't forgive you. It's funny you'd skip the one gym day I encourage. Love me some thicc legs. They tend to get neglected when guys work out and you have that chicken effect where the dude is buff up top with scrawny legs. We've all seen it and I hope you not one of those. They be strutting around like they look good ew. My old trainer used to joke about this all the time and call his gym the leg day gym. You were never allowed to skip legs and he added on extra stuff if you did.

I didn't want to skip today. I had an obligation that made me skip my trip to the gym entirely, which will take place tomorrow. If I simply skipped over legs entirely and went on with my split I'd agree with you.
