There's more weapons if you wanted to venture in a little early that are some of my favorite in the game, namely the Cutters. Beast, and Pizza. In fact, I'm so confident you'd like it I'm willing to pitch in $10 for the DLC, should you want it. And no, getting the DLC doesn't mean starting a new playthrough.
