Salted caramel anything sounds like the most obvious option. You can use saltines as a base for a caramel/chocolate bark to do that really easily. Lay them out on a sheet, make a caramel sauce (that is, make caramel, then add butter/cream, rather than just using plain caramel) and pour it over, then pour melted chocolate on top of that (tempering optional, but you'll get the best results if you do it) and chill. Sprinkle some nuts on before pouring the chocolate for an added crunch, and sprinkle some coarse sea salt on top of the chocolate for an added salty kick. You can adjust the amount of butter in the caramel to suit your tastes, or add a bit to the chocolate if desired (not too much, or it'll get too soft).
