Topic	WTF? What Real Estate agent let this pass? I can't even believe it.

As someone who's poor as hell, that house is weird as hell to me. In my opinion the biggest issues are that you have to walk through the office to get to the back party deck and you have to walk through the bedroom to get to the TV room. A lot of these 2 million+ houses end up with weird rooms and unusable space. Its because they force in some impractical design element and the rest of the houses layout has to suffer to make it happen. One very common thing I see are giant stone fireplaces in family rooms surrounded by windows. Theres literally no place for a tv.
