The 3D viewer pictures were taken back during 2019. The new real estate agent is just reusing it. So no, the pictures werent taken when houses were selling like hot cakes.
In my opinion the biggest issues are that you have to walk through the office to get to the back party deck and you have to walk through the bedroom to get to the TV room.
A lot of these 2 million+ houses end up with weird rooms and unusable space. Its because they force in some impractical design element and the rest of the houses layout has to suffer to make it happen. One very common thing I see are giant stone fireplaces in family rooms surrounded by windows. Theres literally no place for a tv. So youll see TVs squeezed into a cabinet on the side of the fireplace where absolutely no one can see it.
