| Topic | Accidentally hit in the jaw. I saw doctor and idk what to do. |
| rattlesnake30 07/19/21 1:53:12 PM #1: | I got hit on the left jaw hinge, but my right jaw hinge is popping and clicking. I saw a DDS/MD. She took a CT scan and didn't see anything. She gave me muscle relaxers to take for 2 weeks and said to use a heating pad and aleve. Its almost been two weeks and I feel the same, maybe worse because I have a headache now. The muscle relaxers just help me sleep through the night. I'm supposed to go back to get fitted for a mouthguard, but I don't understand how the scan didn't show anything. My jaw feels completely misaligned and clearly something is wrong if I'm getting popping. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
