Rypt 07/31/21 12:19:05 AM #1:	To put it into simple terms, if we go by the popular vote, then what happens is the few states with highest populations of people (California, Texas, New York, etc.) will be making the decisions on how the entire country lives. Smaller states like Delaware, Rhode Island, Idaho, Nebraska, etc, would basically have no say so in anything.
