Topic	Why we have the Electoral Votes (for those who don't know):
Proto_Spark 07/31/21 1:30:26 AM #98:	If we keep the Electoral College, we should completely re-organize the States so they're more proportionate. Split California into like 3 states, Texas was originally supposed to be 5, slap North Dakota/South Dakota/Wyoming/Montana together, Florida/New York/etc.. can all be multiple states, etc... Or a more proportionate voting system than an electoral college and the popular vote.
