I was joking, but sometimes it does gotta be done. It's stupid dumb to put up with a toxic workplace to not be a "snitch". Naw, yeah. Just let the person keep making yours and everyone elses work life miserable. Or go with the other option. Fight him "like a man" and get fired yourself and go into a personal financial depression. You're a snitch to those not involved and a hero to those who also no longer have to deal with them lol.

To clarify, someone who apologizes and tries to handle their shit isn't someone I would get fired, but most of my experiences with anger issues are mostly people who become raging assholes the moment something sets them off, and just never acknowledge or apologize.

I'm aware that's a sort of coping mechanism, but care about other people or fuck off.
