I'm confused but I see what soma is saying. I leaned towards they as it's gender neutral and there does seem to be some ambiguity to the story, but I genuinely don't know how much any of what's being said is true, or still current. But it is true that she has she/her pronouns in her bio and I think the point here is what does the person asked to be called, not what do you think their gender is.

im not gonna link to her twitter bio but you can go find it, and it has she/her written there. that pretty much settles it for me. im not going to read/watch any of the other chris-chan stuff because its awful.

I don't know if all trans people agree on it but I have no perspective to offer on it personally so I'd defer to people here who actually are trans

well the thing is that trans people are just people. they don't all agree on anything. some of them are bad and some of them are nice. if you generally think its good to treat people with respect even if they're bad, then you should use her pronouns.

if you thought that that bad people should be treated like shit and demeaned even when it serves no rehabilitative purpose, then i would have no way of convincing you otherwise
