No, he isn't famous. It seems like a few people on 4chan just really liked to bully him. I doubt many in the wider internet have any clue who he is.

So basically it's just another 4chan cesspool things? tbh, I never get why people act like everybody on the internet visited 4chan. It was a niche site, not on par with something like FB or Reddit.
