Topic	Anyone made Onomiyaki before? Or eaten.

Got all ingrefients for a basic one (except Japanese mayo but Ill try to flavor it adding bit more umami, acidity and sweetness to regular mayo). Pic of Okonomiyaki (Japanese pancake with cabbage, bacon etc). So Im wondering if anyoneone made it before if you have any tips?
