So ten years ago I was well into adulthood but while my stance had softened a bit on some social issues I was still a very loyal republican. I liked Mittens a lot, but then Trump just imploded my political views... because it wasn't just him, it was 90% of republicans--both elected officials as well as just people I know in regular life--absolutely abandoned all the principles they used to claim they stood for. So while I wouldn't really consider myself liberal, I did vote for Biden (after a throwaway third party vote in 2016 because obviously Hillary was going to in in a landslide >_>), and I am much more open to a fair bit of liberal views and policies now, and less so to a lot on the right--but yeah, I'm not at home in either party.
