First a stern talking to: son I am disappoint, it is not right to let out your frustration onto other people and harm them, you need to start knowing better otherwise here's what it's going to look like (getting pulled out of class, no time with friends, etc), no video games for quite a while, must make it up to grandma.

Then trying to figure out why he did it. Bullying at school, angry at grandma for something else, etc and try to hear the insecurity underneath to deal with the source.

Finally, the steps he needs to make to make it better. Follow new grounded conditions, follow respect for grandma and others, utilize new strategies to deal with anger (talking about it, deep breaths, taking space, etc). Once he's able to consistently show me that he's committed to making it better, reintroduce fun/warmth/luxuries.
